All of Mitly's clothing is manufactured from 100% natural, skin-friendly materials that are kind to your child's skin.

Our use of genuine indigo and white natural dyes gives each piece a distinct look.

The organic dyeing technique adds to the uniqueness of our products. It will be a masterpiece specially designed and handcrafted for you.

Orders are only processed after full payment has been confirmed.

As safe payment methods, we take digital wallets, UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards.

We are happy to announce a 25% advance order price and you can clear the remaining order value at the time of delivery.

Orders that have already been processed for shipping cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed.

Note: If you deny the receiving of the parcel at the time of COD, the pre order price will be non-refundable.

With expected delivery times of 5-7 business days (may vary for remote locations), we provide nationwide shipping.

Following a comprehensive quality check, orders are sent from our warehouse.

After the order is shipped, tracking information will be sent by SMS or email.

Our goal at Mitly is to provide the finest. But in the event that you receive a flawed or inaccurate item, we provide the following:

Within 15 days after delivery, returns are permitted as long as the item is in its original packing, unopened, and unwashed.

Exchanges are only possible for problems relating to size or defects and are contingent on stock availability.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly browse on to our Returns & Exchange page and provide the necessary details.

Only in the event of a manufacturing defect or unfulfilled orders are refunds processed.

Within seven to ten business days of approval, refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Any applicable shipping fees are not refundable.

Wash Separately: Wash alone or with comparable colors, as indigo may bleed in the first few washes.

Cold Water Wash: To keep the dye vibrant and avoid fading, use cold water.

Mild Machine Cycle/Gentle Hand Wash: Use a gentle cycle in the washing machine or wash by hand.

Use Only Mild Detergent: Steer clear of fabric softeners, chlorine, and harsh detergents. Make use of a mild or pH-neutral detergent.

Air Dry in Shade: Shield from direct sunshine to prevent fading. Dry in the shade or lay flat.

Refrain from Rubbing Too Much: Over time, friction might result in uneven fading.

Avoid Extended Soaking: Extended soaking can result in excessive dye bleeding.

Iron on Low Heat: If necessary, turn inside out and iron on low heat.

Indigo Will Naturally Fade: Over time, expect a natural fading that adds to the garment's individuality.

If damage results from incorrect handling or washing, Mitly is not liable.
