Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Tags and labels are intact.
The product is returned in its original packaging.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like undergarments or accessories may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Go to our Returns & Exchange page.
Enter your order number and call details.
Enter the reason for exchange/return.
We will process your request and further tracking can be accessed through WhatsApp or E-mail.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer easy exchanges for eligible products. Simply follow the return process and mention that you'd like an exchange.
Note: Exchange availability depends on stock. If your desired item is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed for shipping.
