Locations of Shipments

All of India's major cities and towns are currently served by our shipping services.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we plan to do so in the near future.

Time Spent Processing

Orders are normally handled within 24 and 48 hours, except public holidays and Sundays.

Processing times could be a little longer during holidays, sales, or busy times.

The anticipated time of delivery

Metro Areas: 3-5 business days

Two Tier cities and towns: 5-7 business days

Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

Unexpected events like bad weather, courier delays, or national holidays may cause delivery timeframes to change.

Shipping Fees

Orders over ₹4999 qualify for free standard shipping.

Purchases under ₹4999: There is a fixed shipping cost of ₹60.

Monitoring Orders

Partners in Delivery

We collaborate with reputable courier firms to guarantee prompt and secure delivery. Delivery schedules, however, rely on outside logistical partners.

Missed Delivery Attempts & Retries

Our courier partners will undertake two delivery attempts before returning the package to us if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful for any reason, including an erroneous address or unavailability. We will get in touch with you for additional help if your order is returned.

Damaged or Missing Items
